This photo was taken by Ron in Dallas, at the end of 1963, after the assassination of J F Kennedy. Lee Harvey Oswald worked in Texas School Books Depository. Allegedly, the man gave a shot from one of the building windows, and allegedly, the shot killed the President. Anyway, Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested for doing that.
The building was constructed in 1898. A few years later, it was destroyed by fire and rebuilt in 1901. Texas handbooks were stored there by Texas School Books Depository company from 1963. You can read more about the history of the building here.
